  • Payments: Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Non-payment may result in legal action.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel your booking, charges may apply depending on the progress of the project and materials already purchased.

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes promptly.

 

5. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Materials may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We are not liable for defects in materials beyond those warranties.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse of installed features, or natural events like floods or storms.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to the site during agreed working hours and provide accurate information about the property and project scope.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or permits, such as planning approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
